Implementation and maintenance of Atlassian environment in Amway

Amway is one of the global leaders in manufacturing and providing products for different purposes. The company has their own brand series in the fields such as: supplements, energy drinks, cosmetics and cleaning supplies. Our cooperation with Amway started in 2016. Owing to well developed relationship, we are still maintaining and supporting Atlassian environment in the corporation.

Transition Technologies PSC is a Platinum Partner of Atlassian – software producer for work and project management, where Jira and Confluence are the most popular ones. Atlassian’s solutions are clearly familiar to us, which allows us not only to configure them successfully , but also extend them with additional functionalities. Our experience and professionalism in the field of support, maintenance and customization of tools have been proven by the Australian corporation’s Enterprise status given to us as well as cooperation with such giants as i.a. Amway.

Amway’s cooperation with  Transition Technologies PSC

Amway is a complex company which has branches almost all over the world. Because their offices are widely spread, the situation where workers used different application for the same activities was quite common. It, in turn, made company’s functioning and communication at the global level harder. Amway decided to standardize work environment starting with implementing one, consistent platform in all offices in Europe. They decided to use Jira software, which can be completed with additional tools so as it could respond to even complicated and specific company’s needs.

Owing to great experience and favorable opinions of our business clients, Transition Technologies PSC became the contractor of the project. Our teams distinguish themselves with care for relationships with business partners, professional approach to each stage of projects, regularity and high competences. TT PSC Atlassian specialists successfully faced providing the right package of licenses and implementation of tools supplementing Jira software so that it met Amway’s needs.

Tools, service and training

Our job was to implement Jira software which was meant to be configured and correlated with additional Atlassian solutions, including tools for developers:  Bitbucket, Bamboo and Fisheye. Amway decided to transfer huge amount of data and documents to Confluence environment, which works as knowledge base and platform for sharing information with employees. We have also run training in English for employees of the European offices of Amway. All the time, non-stop, we have been providing Amway with administrators’ and developers’ support.

Our cooperation with Amway is going well. We feel appreciated for our involvement, professionalism and reliability of Atlassian support department employees, which has been supported with a recommendation issued by Bartosz Rapacki, who is Amway’s IT Manager – Integration Development EIA.
