_Information Clause in connection with the processing of personal data via Facebook and LinkedIn by Transition Technologies PSC S.A.

The Controller of your personal data is Transition Technologies PSC S.A. with its registered office in Łódź, address: ul. Piotrkowska 276, e-mail address: contact@ttpsc.com phone number +48 661 799 553, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000930989, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 7292712388, REGON (Statistical Number): 365249538, share capital of PLN 1 468 800,00, whose registration files are maintained by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.

Your data will be processed for the purpose of:

  • maintaining a profile on social media, including the provision of information related to the Controller or its activities, and responding to messages, where the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as it is necessary for the Controller for pursuing its legitimate interest in the form of building the brand image and maintaining relationships with persons interested in the activities of the Company.

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of your data.

Additionally, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if you believe that your data are processed in a way that does not conform to the principles of protection of personal data.

The Controller does not plan to transfer your personal data to recipients from outside the EEA, i.e. to any third countries. However, this situation may occur if the inquiry sent by you to the Company through the website will involve the need to consult with other Companies within the Transition Technologies PSC capital group. In this case, you will be informed about the planned transfer of your personal data together with an indication of the appropriate legal basis.

No automated decision-making, including profiling, will occur in connection with the processing of your personal data. Facebook provides the Company with statistical information on users who like the fanpage. These are anonymous data, e.g. demographic data showing the age of people who like the fanpage, which allows us to better match the content on the site to the audience. Based on the data provided by Facebook, we are not able to link statistical data with the data of individual people who like our page.

Your data will not be shared by the Company with entities other than Facebook, unless it results directly from the activities which you request in communication with us.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, it may be necessary to respond to your inquiry. This situation may occur if providing a response requires your prior identification. Apart from the above exception, refusal to provide personal data will not have any consequences. In addition, please remember that you can change your browser settings or privacy settings at any time to deprive us of access to your data.
