Transition Technologies PSC forms partnership with EKA in Italy

Transition Technologies PSC (TT PSC), a global integrator of IT solutions, has entered into a partnership with Italian company EKA, which provides consulting services and integrates systems, inter alia, using Internet of Things and Product Lifecycle Management software, among others, based on PTC’s software. EKA develops comprehensive solutions for the manufacturing industry as well as service companies.

“The Italian market is very promising and exciting, being at the same time a big challenge for local software and IT solution providers. The dynamics of the changes in the world of technology, the need for continuous digital development to allow companies to be competitive, and the positive attitude of Italian companies towards digital transformation mean that this market has great potential. We have decided to increase our presence in Italy by forming a partnership with EKA and jointly competing in local tenders. We will focus on Italian customers, mainly in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, aerospace and defense. We will have an advantage thanks to combining EKA’s market professional knowledge on processes and solutions about with our products and offerings in the form of highly advanced cloud technologies. So far, TT PSC has worked with EKA on a variety of projects as a subcontractor to PTC, a global manufacturer of industrial software (EKA is PTC’s official service partner in the Italian market).

Born as an University spin-off, today EKA is positioned on Italian market as a PLM boutique, among the main System Integrators operating in PTC network.

Located both in northern and southeastern Italy, among the amazing cities of Torino and Lecce is an example of a smart company with full Italian culture. EKA has experience in the industrial research sector, with a particular focus on concurrent engineering and business process management issues. The company is also developing collaboration with major research centers and universities in Italy and working with national and international systems integrators.
