GitHub Enterprise Migration by TT PSC.
Our holistic approach includes a pre-migration checklist to decide the scope and inventory elements for transfer. We consolidate and clean up resources, such as permissions and inactive users, to support the migration process.
GitHub Repositories are prepared according to best practices, excluding large binaries and managing repository size. We determine if the migration includes the GitHub repo, commit history, or supporting metadata. The post-migration checklist ensures all parts are migrated, and the GitHub repository is ready for use.
The old repository source is retired to prevent new code submissions, while archived content remains unchanged. Migration caveats are updated for manual fixes or unimportable elements, and automations are updated for platform integrations.
