Common challenges we solve

The same three patterns appear across almost every Kepware engagement. If one of them sounds familiar, we already know the fix.

NIS2 risk - legacy licences out of control

Dozens of unmanaged Kepware instances across plants create security gaps and compliance exposure.

Integration gap - you bought MES, but data doesn't flow

MES or cloud initiatives stall at the OT layer. Every machine connection becomes a separate project.

Capacity - Maintenance teams are not IT

Automation teams don't have the time or skills to manage licences, tags, and secure connectivity.

What every engagement includes

Every TT PSC Kepware project, regardless of package, covers the same core delivery commitment.

Architecture first

We design the right setup before touching a single device. Driver selection, channel architecture, tag structure, system integration points, all defined upfront. Not improvised during deployment.

Configuration

We configure Kepware for your specific needs, including device drivers, tag mappings, and system integration.

Production-safe delivery

Deployments are staged to avoid OT downtime. In most environments, Kepware can be deployed and configured without any production interruption.

You keep the knowledge

Every engagement is documented: channel architecture, device mappings, tag database structure, integration points. When you scale to the next site, you start from a documented baseline, not from scratch.

Why TT PSC?

Most Kepware projects fail not because of the software but because no one takes responsibility for the full picture. Licence purchased, implementation handed off, integration left to the internal team. TT PSC works differently: we own the outcome from first conversation to stable data flow.

One partner. Full lifecycle. Yours to scale.

We know Kepware from the inside

Over a decade of Kepware implementations across automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and utilities. We know which driver configurations lead to silent data loss, where Kepware Edge struggles in container environments, and how to design a tag structure that supports a scalable Unified Namespace from day one.

15+ years. Global delivery experience

We deliver projects worldwide, including remote audits and licence analysis completed within 5 days - no on-site presence required. You don’t pay for logistics. You pay for expertise.

We stay, so you don’t start over

Most integrators deliver documentation and move on. We provide managed services with SLA-based support to keep your Kepware environment patched, monitored, and compliant. When you add a machine, modify a line, or prepare for a NIS2 audit, you already know who to call.

Use cases

A cross-section of what TT PSC Kepware engagements deliver in production.

FMCG
100+ instances

Global FMCG manufacturer

Central monitoring platform across hundreds of Kepware instances in global manufacturing facilities. Redundancy, data buffering, and tag quality management handled centrally, without on-site intervention.

Result:

Full fleet visibility and compliance-ready audit trail across all regions from a single console.

Automotive Tier-1
Worldwide

Global automotive tier-1 supplier

Kepware deployed as a universal protocol translator across a heterogeneous machine fleet, connecting legacy and modern equipment from multiple vendors into a single data stream. This stream feeds the factory's Unified Namespace, from which the MES draws production data without any direct machine connections.

Result:

One connectivity layer serving every enterprise system, regardless of what's on the shop floor.

Wood Products
Multi-site EU

European wood products manufacturer

Kepware configured to stream real-time process and equipment data from production lines to an analytics platform running predictive maintenance models.

Result:

Maintenance teams receive early-warning signals before failures occur. A shift from reactive to condition-based intervention.

Food & Confectionery

Global automotive tier-1 supplier

Kepware deployed as the connectivity foundation for a complete manufacturing data stack, feeding historians, production parameter optimisation solutions, energy monitoring, and other software systems from a single OT data layer.

Result:

One standardised connection point for every downstream application. Fragmented, per-system machine integrations resolved across sites.

Questions we hear most

TT PSC sells Kepware exclusively as an annual subscription, a deliberate choice, not a limitation.Perpetual licences still exist in the market, but they come with a hidden cost: each major version upgrade requires a separate maintenance contract.Handling numerous separate licence IDs across multiple sites can create significant administrative overhead in large- scale deployments.Unmanaged perpetual instances are one of the leading causes of compliance gaps under NIS2.

Kepware+ subscription includes the software licence, version updates, and Velotic technical support for 12 months, renewed annually. For multi-site environments it also enables centralised licence management through the Kepware+ Manager, not available with perpetual licensing. If your organisation currently holds perpetual licences, we can audit your environment and migrate without rebuilding your configuration from scratch.

One conversation is enough

We'll tell you which package fits your environment, and whether you need a licence, an audit, or a proof of concept first. No forms. No pressure. No generic demo.
