How TT PSC developed Accedian’s Skylight App for real-time network performance insights

The company employs approximately 300–400 professionals globally, positioning it as a mid-sized technology company with a strong presence in the network performance space. 

Project background 

Observing the growing complexity of networks and their strategic importance to business operations, Accedian needed to ensure the reliability and efficiency of its product infrastructure. The monitoring tools available on the market often lacked the necessary granularity and predictive capabilities required for proactive performance management. To address these needs, Accedian aimed to develop a new tool for its clients — one that would provide detailed, real-time insight into network performance and support the maintenance of high service delivery standards and positive user experiences. 
With clear goals and a demanding vision, Accedian needed a partner experienced in building scalable, real-time monitoring platforms.

In response to the identified challenges, Accedian, in collaboration with TT PSC, jointly evolved and developed Skylight — an advanced tool for monitoring and analyzing network performance. Skylight helps organizations optimize network capacity, improve user experience, and accelerate issue resolution — ultimately enhancing the reliability and efficiency of network infrastructure. The successful delivery of the project was made possible through close cooperation with Transition Technologies PSC. 

Results 

The implementation of Skylight significantly improved network performance and reliability for Accedian’s clients, confirming the value of the tool as a solution that supports reliable and efficient network operations. Key results include:
