for persons visiting the offices of Transition Technologies PSC Sp. z o.o.

The Controller of your personal data is Transition Technologies PSC Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź, address: ul. Piotrkowska 276, e-mail address: contact@ttpsc.com phone number +48 661 799 553, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000633480, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 7292712388, REGON (Statistical Number): 365249538, share capital of PLN 109,600, whose registration files are maintained by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.

Your data will be processed for the purpose of:

  1. Allowing you to enter the premises of the Controller’s office, controlling individual traffic on the Controller’s premises and installation of CCTV, where the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is pursuing the Controller’s legitimate interest, i.e. ensuring safety of employees or protection of property or keeping secret information whose disclosure might expose the Controller to damage.

Data processing period:

Personal data processed as part of the book of visitors maintained by the Company and in connection with the installed CCTV will be processed for a period of 30 days from the date of their collection.
Provision of data is voluntary, but non-provision of data will prevent you from entering the offices of Transition Technologies PSC Sp. z o.o.
Recipients of your personal data may be: other companies from the Transition Technologies Group, if they share the area in which the CCTV is installed with the Controller, and the entity responsible for service of the CCTV and maintenance of the Controller’s IT systems.
You have the right to access your personal data, right to rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to the processing of your data.
Additionally, you may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
No automated decision-making, including profiling, will occur in connection with the processing of your personal data.
