What is RealWear HMT-1?
RealWear® HTM-1 is the basis for Connected Worker programs.
The RealWear HMT-1 was designed specifically with the Connected Worker (industrial technician) in mind. It is an ideal solution for industrial applications. RealWear HMT-1 can be used in wet, dusty, hot/cold, dangerous, and noisy environments. Its construction allows for wearing the device on the head or attaching it to a helmet or other safety head covering. The RealWear HMT-1 is compatible with safety glasses and contact lenses, as well as more involved PPE such as Haz-Mat suits, cleanroom gear, and rebreather masks.
RealWear HMT-1 is fitted with a high-resolution micro-display positioned beneath the line of sight creating an impression of a 7″ tablet. The display panel can be deactivated at any time if not needed.
RealWear HMT-1 is comfortable to use as it is hands-free and 100% voice operated, thus providing total freedom of movement, allowing both hands to be free for work #handsfree. The device provides excellent sound quality regardless of ambient noise and will pick up commands and support remote collaboration in up to 100 decibels of noise. RealWear HMT-1 is a perfect solution for performing a video chat with a remote expert or following curated (guided) workflows. The RealWear HMT-1 provides constant access to documentation, visualizations of data forms, and IoT industrial data.
