_Implementing a work management platform step by step

Preparation

We do not propose anything blindly. We consult and discuss the client's needs, preparing a proposal based on previous analysis. We check, we ask, we propose, and in the end - we determine.
  • Consultation – an initial discussion of needs and requirements.
  • Business analysis – working closely with the client; modeling the company's business processes.
  • Prepare an offer – a proposal for tools and accessories that will meet the customer's needs.

Action

After determining what needs to be done, we proceed to the technical part of the work and deploy all points of the contract. We work according to the plan and maintain constant contact with the client. The activities we perform depend on the client's needs. They can include:
  • Installation and integration of Atlassian or BMC software.
  • Upgrading the system or other BMC/Atlassian products.
  • Data migrations, i.e. moving the system between servers/versions (also to or from Cloud, Data Center).
  • Process configuration based on IT best practices.
  • Customization of system functionality, and tools to meet specific needs (custom fields included).
  • Development, i.e. dedicated applications created on request.
  • IT monitoring, i.e., ongoing control of the infrastructure

Maintenance

We make sure that the implemented solution works properly. The customer can choose to install the tools on our servers, their own servers, or use cloud solutions.
  • Maintaining the software in continuous, trouble-free operation (high SLA).
  • Application hosting on TT PSC servers or in the cloud: AWS, Microsoft Azure.

Support

We oversee the functioning of the implemented tools for the teams. We know that contact with the customer is key to establishing good cooperation. We are available at all times for questions, concerns, or emerging issues. As part of the implementation work, we provide a helpful training in the use of BMC Helix, Jira, and Confluence. We also provide pre- and post-implementation services.
