System tailored exactly to the needs of your plant. Our solution consists of several modules which can be used alone or together, always leaving space for further enhancement.

Work Order Management

Simple and powerful management tool for Work Orders. Can be connected to enterprise resource planning system (ERP) to easily create, modify or delete job orders, and many additional, standard actions from the plant floor. Easy and ergonomically appealing screens for faster usage. Ability to 24/7 access to production data, view additional, necessary reporting tracking the state of work instructions and other KPIs.

Digital Work Instructions

Interactive, contextualized, work instructions for operators, enhanced with data from BOM (PLM, ERP, MES integration) and available per order, station, operator. Might be integrated with smart tools, pick-by-light and/or AR. Ability to register the time of each operation/step and calculate necessary KPIs.

Workforce Management

Connection to HR systems to extend or build as a parallel system for registering operators, engineers work time with RFID or other ways. For timekeeping, personal KPIs, department KPIs (production vs. maintenance), permission checking – all the necessary personnel-related capabilities are available for the introduction. Ability to limit the access, replace the operator, or recommend additional training.

Track & Trace

This module’s responsibility is to provide traceability of products and parts. Also managing the serialization of serial numbers and ability to integrate with industrial printers. Additionally, the system is capturing all steps of the production and registering the details of the production (with genealogy and the ability to track all necessary information on produced parts). Enable download data from various sources.

Quality Management System

Module for rising the quality tickets (by request or in connections with job orders). This solution will display the instruction on how to perform a quality check and document the ticket. The system is capable of notifying on specific conditions and viewing, commenting, changing status; assigning to engineer/station, prioritizing the tickets. With this module, there is less downtime on production lines and lower losses. Leading to lower machine failure rates. It also offers reports on the ticket's statistics and quality.
