Electronic support of approval process for PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny

We started cooperating with PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny in 2016. This copartnership belongs to PGNiG Capital Group and sells gas and electrical energy. Within the framework of our cooperation, the company uses renewal of licenses and TT PSC Atlassian specialists technical support, as well as it has decided to implement software for approvals for one of their business processes.

One of the projects made for PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny was implementation of electronic support of approval process for one of business processes. Client has reported the need to have an efficient, intuitive solution in this field. The main aims were: acceleration of the process, shortening the time of electronic document circulation in the company, and reduction of the number of printed documents.

Because of the right configuration and implementation of Jira and Conflucence software in our client’s company , we have implemented the tools which made it possible to run the whole process electronically only, meeting all the formal requirements of the company. After nearly a month, our client could use a complete and tested solution.
